Submit a Sponsorship Request Online
Choose from one of the six sponsorship levels, below, and then complete all required fields in the online form. We will send an email acknowledgment within one business day after your application and payment are processed. Later, we will provide details about the delivery of any associated tickets and recognition commitments.
Holy City Host ($15,000) — Includes meeting registration for 6, a total of 10 Grand Banquet tickets, and prominent recognition on signage, website, banquet video, and program.
Heavenly Host ($10,000) — Includes meeting registration for 4, a total of 8 Grand Banquet tickets, and recognition on signage, website, banquet video, and program.
Hospitality of Abraham & Sarah ($8,000) — Includes meeting registration for 2, a total of 4 Grand Banquet tickets, and recognition on signage, website, and program.
St. Romanos the Melodist ($5,000) — Includes meeting registration for 2, a total of 2 Grand Banquet tickets, and recognition on signage, website and program.
Lily of the Valleys ($2,500) — Includes 1 meeting registration, a total of 2 Grand Banquet tickets, and recognition on signage, website, and program.
Faith, Love & Hope ($250, $500, $750, $1,000) — Individual and parish sponsorships with program and website recognition; quarter-page ad with your $1,000 donation.

Exhibit at the Conference
Partner with us to showcase your organization’s values and commitment to faith-based communities. Exhibits will be featured Friday, June 13 (8 AM–5 PM), and Saturday, June 14 (8 AM–Noon) in a high-traffic pre-function area near the meeting rooms.

Product/Service Sales (Category 1 - $300)
For exhibitors selling items or soliciting donations for profit. Includes one (1) 8’ table, two chairs, table skirting, and storage box. Additional tables are available for $100 each.
Awareness Only (Category 2 - $175)
For Orthodox Ministries displaying informational items only. Includes one (1) 8’ table, two chairs, table skirting, and storage box. Ministries wishing to sell items or solicit donations for profit will be reclassified as Category 1 and charged accordingly.
