Payment Options: Include credit/debit card information on the form or enclose a check made payable to Clergy Laity 2025.

Full payment is required to confirm your registration. Incomplete forms or payment issues may delay processing.
Early registration ends May 1, 2025. After this date, fees will increase as noted on the form.
The final registration deadline is June 1, 2025. There will be no onsite registration or payment options.
Once your payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow additional time for check processing and mailing.
