How to Register for the Event
Register and Pay Securely Online
Select your participation type, below, and complete all required fields in the online form. Each registrant must complete a separate application. You will receive an email acknowledgment within two business days after your payment is processed. Your credit card statement will show a charge from ‘GoCharleston’ for your purchase on our site.
Have your credit card details (card number, expiration date, CVV) ready.
Ensure your billing address matches the one on file with your card.
Double-check all entered information for accuracy.
DO NOT make more than 2 payment attempts (after 2 failed attempts, see below to register by mail).

PRESVYTERES* – $300
YOUNG ADULT LEAGUE (YAL) – $195

* Meeting registration includes individual access to the Grand Banquet, Philoptochos Luncheon, and Thomas Heyward Jr. House events. PLEASE READ the complete product description for your select meeting ’participation track’ to understand all that your fee covers.

INDIVIDUAL EVENT TICKETS:
GRAND BANQUET ONLY (INDIV. TICKET) - $150/person
THOMAS HEYWARD HOUSE ONLY (INDIV. TICKET) - $75/person
To register, download and complete this event registration form, one for each participant, and follow the payment and mailing instructions provided. Make checks payable to Clergy Laity 2025. You will receive an email acknowledgment once your payment is processed. Please allow additional time for check processing and mailing.
Important: Full payment is required to confirm your registration. Incomplete forms or payment issues may delay processing. The final registration deadline is June 1, 2025. There will be no onsite registration or payment options.
